What is the right time / place to meditate? How should I sit to meditate?


The short answer: there is no right or wrong way. This is your meditation and you get to choose what works best for you. There are plenty of options and you can explore these in the Intro to Meditation Course.




How should I breathe when I meditate?


In most meditation, unless specifically noted, you should breathe normally. This is different than specific breathing practices, such as Yoga Pranayama where the breath is controlled in a certain way. In particular, with breath meditation, where you are observing the breath, it is simply observation. There is no need to change the breath, although you may find it does change on its own. How do I find time to meditate?


Meditation is a learned skill and it takes time and practice. Like any positive self-care task, time needs to be made, or the demands of life can prevent us from fitting it in. Try scheduling in some time and see if that makes it easier. Bulding a practice is discussed in more detail in the Intro to Meditation Course.




Can anyone meditate?


Everyone can meditate. If you have tried and it and feel it's not for you, I encourage you to try a different meditation style or teacher. There are many different styles of meditation and some will come more naturally than others. Meditation is a learned skill and you too can reap the benefits! The Intro to Meditation Course offers several different meditations to try.




Can I gift someone content?


Yes, absolutely. Once you've completed your purchase you will be taken to the download page, but you will also be sent a download link to your email. Provide this email to the person you are gifting the content to and they can use it to download.




Can I get a refund?


No, I'm sorry. This is digital content that you have immediate access to. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds. But please contact us if you have any feedback. Also - feel free to try out the free mini-meditations before making a purchase.




Do I have to download everything at once?


Our content is often bundled. For example, the Intro to Meditation course contains 22 files. You can choose to download all at once (there is a button at the bottom of the download page). Or you can download them as you use them. There is no time limit to complete your download. There are also multiple download attempts in case you want to put on multiple devices or have trouble downloading.
