My Story

While I had meditated before, I seriously got into meditation in 2009. Throughout the years, I have meditated with many people, been taught by many teachers and attended many retreats. Each of those moments has been a treasure of learning. With a history of anxiety and an eating disorder, I was looking to meditation to give me some much needed peace. And I found it. Through meditation, I have found my peace, found my calm and found myself. I have seen many of the mental benefits of meditation including an increased ability to focus when needed and, otherwise, to let go. I credit meditation for much of the happiness I enjoy today. It was always there, but meditation helped me find it.

Dr. Cheryl Fraser at Island Dharma

Lama Mark Webber

I would like to thank all of my students over the years who helped me to become a better teacher. And finally, I would like to thank all the friends I have meditated with throughout the years. I so appreciate your love, support and guidance.
